Peter Turville-Ince
Peter has completed a Diploma of Business at UTS and a Diploma of Financial Markets at AFMA. He is also currently completing his Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Finance at UTS.
Peter commenced part time work in the Financial Markets while at University, initially working in the back office for a small retail broker. He then began full-time employment with ICAP as a trainee broker gaining experience in all areas of the business through their graduate rotation program, with his last position during the rotation being on the FX Options desk. Shortly after joining the FX Options team at ICAP he transferred with the team to Tradition where he was responsible for options pricing in Australia.
Peter's next role was at TP Capital where he was given the opportunity to trade for a high net worth investor. This involved setting up the trading operations from scratch, including all administrative, banking and compliance requirements as well as the implementation of trading platforms and services. Day to day trading duties included analysing the various markets, identification of trends and ultimately implementing a successful trading strategy. He also spent some time researching and implementing a successful trading model to take advantage of short term market volatility. Peter has a very keen interest in the commodity markets and has built a successful track record in identifying trends in this space. He has a very thorough understanding of both the technical and fundamental side of these markets and has built a solid reputation over the years.
