IN NO EVENT SHALL Informa GM OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO SUBSCRIBERS OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IN THE EVENT SUCH DAMAGES WERE DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF Informa GM OR WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEN OR UNFORESEEN. In no event shall Informa GM have any liability for any delays or interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control. The performance of the Service and other Internet- delivered services are greatly influenced by factors which include, but are not limited to the following: Subscriber's systems configuration (hardware, processor, operating system and browser); Subscriber's Internet connection and communications hardware (modem and/or network card, direct network connection or gateway, ISP); Subscriber's physical location; and data traffic conditions on the Internet. Without limiting the foregoing, the Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that Informa GM shall not have any liability to the Subscriber arising out of technical difficulties experienced in accessing the Service via the Internet that are not within the control of Informa GM. All information provided through the Service is proprietary to Informa GM and may not be copied or redistributed without the express, prior written approval of an officer of Informa GM.
